Listings are built from public licence records and from what facilities tell us directly. Records go out of date, opening hours change, and policies are revised. If you spot something wrong — whether you work at the facility or you visited it — please say so.
We would rather be told we are wrong than be quietly inaccurate.
We do not have a phone line yet. Everything comes through email, and it is read by a person rather than a system.
