Missing a facility?
Tell us what we've missed
We build from state licence registers, which is the most complete source there is — but registers go out of date, new places open, and some facilities are licensed under a company name nobody recognises. If you know somewhere that should be here, tell us.
Why things get missed
- Licensed under a different name. A facility trading as "Cross Street Boarding" might be licensed as "Hollis Holdings LLC" — we match what we can, but not everything lines up.
- Newly opened. Registers update on their own schedule, sometimes only once a year.
- The licence sits with a vet practice. Plenty of veterinary clinics board, and they don't always look like boarding facilities in the record.
- The state doesn't license boarding at all. Around a third do it centrally; the rest leave it to counties and towns, so there's no single list to build from.
If you run the facility yourself, this is the better route — you can fill in the details directly rather than us guessing.
