What we collect

• If you email us — your email address and whatever you write. Kept so we can reply and keep track of corrections.
• If you complete a facility form — the details you provide about your business, and your name and email as the person submitting.
• Aggregate page views — we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first: no cookies, no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking, and no individual visitor profiles. It tells us which pages are read, not who read them.

What we do not collect

• No accounts, so no passwords
• No payment details
• No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies
• No information about your pet unless you choose to send it

Facility information

Facility names, addresses, licence numbers and permit status are drawn from public government records. Care details are published only where the facility has confirmed them directly.

If you operate a facility and want your listing removed, email us and it will be removed.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We use a small number of service providers to run the site — hosting, email, form software — and they process data only to provide those services.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@boardingscout.com and we will action it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above.
